Official communication: improper use of ECM name and notification number

Ente Certificazione Macchine reports the improper use of its name on the EU Declaration of conformity visible at the following link.

The EU Declaration of Conformity, dated September 2022, refers to a ceramic cup manufactured by the Chinese company Fuzhou Huixia Technology Co., Ltd (FHT).

We would like to point out that Ente Certificazione Macchine is NOT Authorized person for technical documentation, as incorrectly stated in the above document.

The use of our name on the above document and the use of our Notified Body Number No.1282 on the product (visible here) constitute a misuse and their use is prohibited.

We have already reported the matter and reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who uses our name and documents improperly.
