Report of improper use of the ECM notified body number 1282

Ente Certificazione Macchine reports the improper use of its Notified Body number 1282 on the following products:

• Industrial plastering set AK10 PRO GOLD – 80 litres, venduto online sul sito agrekom.co.uk

The use of our Notified Body Number No. 1282 on the mentioned products constitutes an IMPROPER USE, as ECM has never carried out any EC conformity verification or authorized the use of its NB number on these products.

The use of these products is prohibited. We invite anyone NOT to purchase them and, if they find them on the market, to promptly notify the surveillance authorities.

Misuse of the notified body number is an action punishable by law, and we reserve the right to take legal action against anyone who misuses our name, notification number and documents issued by us.
